Dean Munro - Vendor Advocate

Dean’s property journey started whist at University in Melbourne. Having calculated that home ownership was cheaper than  in fact renting, in 2006 he secured his 1st home in the inner ring of Melbourne, cementing his position on the property ladder and paved the way for what was to become an upward trajectory in Real Estate specialising in Vendor Advisory / Vendor Advocacy (selling property), Tax Depreciation and Buyer Advocacy (buying property). This brave move paid dividends for Dean Munro and was the catalyst for him having amassed an impressive multi-million dollar property portfolio to date. 

Since graduating in 2011 with honours, Dean has become a fully accredited Quantity Surveyor and Tax Agent which consisted of him successfully advising large companies, property development firms, builders and financiers on how to create profitability for their projects. 

With a wealth of experience and a pure passion for property, Dean naturally transitioned into the real estate industry as a Vendor Adviser and Buyers Advocate. 

Dean now dedicates his time to empower his property clients to source their own dream homes and create wealth by making shrewd investment decisions either by selling or buying A Grade property.

Excellent communication is an essential part of Dean's professional service, as he prides himself on his persistence, hard work and dedication.

Dean is also a published Author and is well known for the number one bestselling work ‘Breaking The Chains’ detailing his methods of success and his blueprint for attaining wealth by dealing in property.
